Now this gets interesting...
In 1920 Carl Sprogis was happily married to Emma, they had 6 children together, although the baby must have died shortly after that last census.
Here in 1930, Carl has a more specific birthplace, is still claiming "Married", though the woman he is living with is not listed as his wife, nor is she listed as married. She is the "Housekeeper", and this is the same year our direct decendant was born. His mother's name was Alice Turb...
So what's going on? Is this an error?
