I've been on hiatus ( i think that's how it's spelled) for a while but some small pangs of guilt have been setting in... I should make prints of my favorite pictures of my direct ancestors (at least) and put them together in a book for my son...
What if something happens and all that stuff I've been sitting on gets ruined? Why can't I just get it over with and scan like mad a day or two, burn some CD's and breathe? Why don't I get with mom or someone and tidy up my GEDCOM file so I can throw it online to be useful? I have the technology... Have you seen Familyology? It's not much to look at now, but it will be some day when I get it out of 'beta'...
Guilt and Cabin-Fever has moved me to order some birth and death certificates, and to get the research ball rolling again.
